A year with you!

Here we are celebrating your first birthday and I can't express how much you make us smile! A year with you seems like a month because it went by so fast. You have a contagious jolly joy about you and spreading love is already one of your strong suites. You love to eat, laugh when everyone else laughs as if you know what's going on, play with Betsy and Corbyn, climb everything, grab faces, take baths, play in the pool, tackle anyone who will let you, get dirty, sleep and nap, play w cars or anything you can hold, throw balls, you can say dada, momma, bubba, duck, and ball, you love to cuddle with mommy and daddy, dance, cuddle stuffed animals while you fall asleep, walk without looking as though you've had a few cocktails and charge full speed ahead. You now have 10 teeth, a belly to prove you don't skip a meal and one heck of a smile! 

 Life is a little different as a second child. Your mother, that's me, has relaxed a lot more and is more versed in her job. You fall ALOT! You are quite clumsy but we aren't there to break your every fall. You get right back up and keep on going. You are one tough cookie and my prediction is you will give me a few heart attacks. I'm used to your careful brother when it comes to climbing and jumping but I'm very sure you won't look before you leap.

Life is busier with you around but our lives are much more full. Happy Birthday Tristyn! You are here for a reason! God planned that one well! My heart pounds with so much love for you!
